Requirements for the visa application:

  1. Passport datapage (must be valid for at least 6months)
  2. Passport photograph

The embassy MIGHT request for any one or two of these after the application has been submitted:

  1. NDLEA Drug Certificate
  2. Yellow fever vaccination card
  3. 3 months bank statement with reference letter from bank and stamped from the bank
  4. Employment documents (CAC Documents, Employment letter etc.)
  5. Introduction letter

Most-times no additional documents are requested.
