What are the types of UK transit visa?
  • Direct Airside Transit Visa: if you will change flights in the UK on your way to your destinationcountry, but you will not go through border control.
  • UK visitor in transit visa: if when transiting the UK you need to go through UK border control, to check in your luggage for a connecting flight, or similar.
I want to apply for a United Kingdom visa, what are the requirements?

  • International passport (must be valid for at least 6months)

  • 5X5 white background passport photograph

  • Work details i.e., introduction letter, Work ID card, etc

  • CAC registration certificate if business is registered.

  • 6 months bank statement

  • Proof of onward journey

  • Evidence that you are allowed to enter the country that you are travelling to
